Vista Jobs is a comprehensive manufacturing control module, designed specifically for the routing, scheduling, costing and tracking of parts manufactured on the shop floor. These parts can be either custom parts or repetitive parts that may eventually be sold out of finished goods inventory.
A Methods of Manufacturing file stores standard routing and material information for each manufactured part. This file can be continually updated on the system. Job entry for a repeat part takes minimal effort. Analysis tools provide the quick and accurate reference necessary for requoting a part or identifying the types of work at which your company is most profitable.
Planning Jobs just got easier. Using Vista's visual tree structure and drag-n-drop method generagion, you will spend less time planning and more time doing what you do best, making parts. Part drawings and specifications may also be attached.
Job Costing
Compare actuals to estimates, review job costing for materials, subcontracting, operations (labor/burden) and compare projected and actual billings for profitability analysis. Job costing can be performed on a job-by-job, customer, part, product group or overall company basis.
Order-to-Job Linking
Handles one job for one delivery, one job for multiple deliveries, blanket production runs or internal work orders to build parts for finished goods inventory.
New/Change Order Notifications
Verify that orders or changes don’t fall through the cracks. View and select new orders, as well as change orders for easy job planning.
Drag-and-Drop Interface

Planned Overproduction of Assemblies
