Vantage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) gives you control over your customer interactions: generating leads, developing opportunities, taking orders; monitoring production, shipping and billing; and delivering superlative support.

What if you could do that from anywhere in the world? At any time?

The Vantage mobileConnect series provides complete CRM functionality to off-site sales reps and sales engineers. Work from an airplane seat, the car, or your customer's office. With the mobileConnect Series, being off-site doesn’t mean out-of-touch. Sales reps and sales engineers no longer require a network connection to stay connected with their work, because they carry the database with them.

Vantage mobileConnect is comprised of three main components:

Sales mConnect
Sales Engineer mConnect
Hub mConnect

With Sales mConnect, your sales reps can:
• Generate new opportunities or fine tune existing quotations
• Create and complete workflow tasks
• Activate or process CRM calls
• Add new customers and contacts
• Import customers and contacts
• Edit existing customer or contact information
• Produce marketing lists
• View Business Activity Monitor queries
• Modify aging report formats
• Run reports
• Access a wealth of information via Vantage's Tracker series

PLUS: All data is filtered by user ID to display information for the current rep’s territory only. The menu is identical in form and function to the main Vantage CRM menu, as are the screens – no learning curve to navigate, which means no loss in productivity!

Sales Engineer mConnect
Sales Engineer mConnect gives you all the functionality of Sales mConnect, plus the ability to engineer entire bills of material! Use drag’n’drop functionality to add subassemblies, operations and materials, or incorporate parts on the fly – any time, from anywhere.

Hub mConnect
Your remote sales offices gain speed and reduce frustration when using the Hub mConnect server option. Configure your remote sales office server with Hub mConnect, and multiple mConnect users can access its database simultaneously. Individual users don’t need to synchronize, because the Hub does it all. And there’s no downtime due to lost connections to a remote database!

Synchronization
Because individual remote users and remote sales offices must be able to easily synchronize data with the master database, mConnect offers two synchronization options: Quick Synch and Full Synch.

Quick Synch – a bidirectional synchronization updating customers and contacts; CRM calls and tasks; quotes and orders.

Full Synch – completes the Quick Synch, then updates the disconnected database with all new or updated records from the source database. Sales related information (e.g. customers and quotes) are added only if they match the disconnected user’s territory.
