ShopVision gives managers the strategic data required to make critical short- and long-term decisions for their companies. Plant Performance
Summarizes major shop floor measurement trends--plant performance, efficiency, coverage, rework, added operations and indirect/direct hours--over a rolling historical perspective. These trends are represented numerically and graphically, with on-line, real-time data from the Vantage Job Management module driving this critical production management tool.
Order Backlog
Provides management with a forward view of potential incoming revenue based on unshipped orders. Data is represented numerically and graphically. Online, real-time data comes from the Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules.
Scheduled Shipments
Summarizes all orders due to be shipped in a given time period, complete with total quantity, outstanding ship quantity, and open ship dollars. Data is represented numerically and graphically. On-line, real-time data comes from the Order Management and Shipping/Receiving modules.
Shipping Performance
Displays trends regarding delivery performance, including number of shipments made, percentage of on-time delivery and average days variance between customer promise and delivery.
