Document Management
Document Management reduces document control costs by enabling users to easily retrieve information related to quotes, parts and jobs from a wide variety of third-party applications. This capability is extremely useful for viewing drawings on the shop floor, benchmarking production information and maintaining quality documents. Two versions are offered: the Document Management module for document viewing only and Document Management Pro for comprehensive document viewing, markup, and hyperlinking capabilities.
The Document Management module supports viewing of spreadsheet, word processing and some graphics formats through any application with a native viewer. The Document Management Pro module adds more comprehensive viewing and complete document markup capabilities without the presence of the originating application. Complete annotation and redlining capability in all file formats allows seamless sharing of shop personnel feedback without alteration of the original document.
