Vantage's ExpressShip and Advanced Shipping Management
Vantage offers two options for streamlining your shipping processes: ExpressShip, and Advanced Shipping Management.

ExpressShip
ExpressShip is a new module which integrates your common carriers with the Vantage Customer Shipment process. By offering multiple container capabilities and direct integration with UPS, FEDEX, and USPS, ExpressShip allows you to efficiently manage the shipping process while reducing data entry errors. After the packing slip is created Vantage, a single click allows you to calculate freight based on shipping method, shipping location, and box size. Because the charges are calculated before the packing slip is printed, you can ensure your customers are accurately billed for freight!

Advanced Shipping Management
Vantage's Advanced Shipping Management module efficiently manages shipping logistics to streamline inventories and warehouse management. It tightly integrates your carrier’s tracking system with Vantage. This link between shipping and customer service reduces shipping errors, while giving your customers accurate and timely information about the status of their shipments. Additionally, you can manage your customers’ and carriers’ labeling and packaging requirements.

Standard Carriers
Compliant with FedEx, UPS, and USPS, Advanced Shipping is flexible enough to include your primary carrier information for accurate rate shopping and final shipment calculations. It even prints shipping documentation, including standard international ship documents!

Billing Options
What about billing? Advanced Shipping integrates with Accounts Receivable to bill your customers directly for the shipping charges, and offers options to bill the shipment directly to your customer’s account, or a third party. Advanced Shipping also integrates with Vantage’s Advanced Material Management module, to further expedite picking, packing and shipping!

Paperless picking
Paperless picking is available via radio frequency devices and one-stop checkout: Using either paper pick tickets or the RF device integration, rate calculations, documentation and managing of shipments from multiple carriers is done from a single checkout station.

Picking Management
Pulling orders to be picked is easy with Advanced Shipping! Specify standard or custom picking requirements for faster staging of open orders.

Queue Management
What’s on the list to be picked? Check out the queue! Orders selected for processing are displayed on their own shipping queue, making it easy to see what’s in line to be picked.

Custom Carriers
Add your own local or specialized carriers, with each carrier’s rate tables.

International Shipping Documentation
Commercial Invoice, Canadian/Mexican Invoice, and Shipper’s Export Declaration. In addition, the Certificate of Origin and specific product documentation can be customized specific to your requirements!

Hazardous Material Management
Hazardous material limitations are controlled, requiring the user to start a new container when the hazardous material limit has been met.

Backorders
Advanced Shipping helps you improve backorder management by increasing visibility into outstanding backorders.
